Empower the Journey (Leadership)

The Presidential Fellowship provides 6 months of personalized support and training, from the founder of KA, in the pursuit of scholarships, career connections, and internships, directly related your learning, life, and leadership interests.

Art Fuller is the Founder of a five-time national award winning network of public schools. His high school model is recognized, by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, as a national K12 Breakthrough Model for College. Beginning with a personal investment of $2,000, in just over five years, his education design received one of the largest private investment of capital in the state of Tennessee, from the nation’s largest private investor in K12 public schools. As a result, the non profit he founded is also one of the largest owners of corporate real estate, in one of the fastest growing zip codes and fastest growing cities in the United States, Nashville, Tennessee.

Knowledge Academies has successfully secured funding for learning and innovation from the nation’s largest philanthropies including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, the Walton Family Foundation, the U.S. Department of Education, and the Tennessee Department of Education.

Weekly Essay Writing & Presentations

Fellows will take part in a customized series of weekly essay assignments and presentations, facilitated by the Founders of RT36.

Monthly Leadership Connections

Fellows will participate in monthly university and business connections, providing firsthand access to leadership development opportunities.

Summer College Tour

Fellows will qualify for a Summer College tour of leading universities, regionally, and nationally.

Harvard University, Making Caring Common Forums

Fellows will gain access to Harvard University workshops and forums, focused on student leadership, empathy, and change making, in today’s world.
