Race to 36 is about more than ACT prep, and teachers you can play an important role. We are searching for excellent teachers of middle and high school learners. Our staff must also be comfortable making family connections.
The RT36 experience best prepares teens, athletes, and adolescents to connect, create, and thrive, in the competitive college admissions and college scholarship landscape.
Together, we will empower the journey of students towards
RT36 Teachers work in collaboration with the RT36 founders, focusing on the planning and delivery of academic support, tutoring, and services related to successful studying, academic strategies, and the development of student leadership habits. RT36 teachers must have a deep passion for the art of teaching and their specific subject discipline, including a commitment to serve diverse communities.
RT36 Teachers receive a stipend of up to an additional $7,500 annually (an additional $1,000 every five weeks). Additionally, our teachers are provided access to pursue KA Connect Center Scholarships, focused on life long growth and professional development.
The RT36 approach is based on the successful work of schools, education pioneers, and community leaders, combined into a first of its kind approach to a successful pattern of successful life habits.
